Information to the Auditors

“Information to the Auditors” is a service open to students, faculty members and staff (including adjunct staff) in Tokyo Institute of Technology for submitting comments or information about the activities of the president or any of the executive vice presidents directly to the university’s internal auditors. Comments or information will be viewed and verified by the university’s internal auditors, who will determine whether or not it is necessary to conduct an audit. If an audit becomes necessary, the conclusion of the audit will be reported at the appropriate internal meeting. It may be necessary for the auditors to submit a written report to the president or Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Please be forewarned that in general, individual responses will not be sent to those who submit information.

“Opinions to the President” is a service open to students, faculty members and staff (including adjunct staff) in Tokyo Institute of Technology for submitting comments and/or suggestions on university operations to the administration. Comments are received and viewed by the president himself.

Who Can Submit Information?

Students, faculty members and staff (including adjunct staff) in Tokyo Institute of Technology can submit information.

How to Submit Information?

When submitting information, please provide the following details. These details are needed to verify the content of the information, and if necessary to be able to contact those who submit information. Names and other details will only be disclosed to essential personnel unless prior consent of the person passing on information is obtained. Depending on the content, the information may be referred to a certain department or other consultation services.
